The sun seems to be back out in Sydney which means there's no excuses for staying in this week. Sure, it's still a bit chilly but you can heat things up with the below gigs. There's loads to see again this week so here's a few that will guarantee goodness. 


GEORGE TURNER + SPIKE VINCENT + BURA BURA - Golden Age Cinema - FREE (Thursday, 6th July)

Some incredibly unique acts will be taking to the Golden Stage this week. New Zealand multi-instrumentalist George Turner will be wowing with his pop-rock. Support comes from the equally catchy Spike Vincent and Bura Bura.


STEVE GUNN - The Basement - $30 (Thursday, 6th July)

Brooklyn's Steve Gunn is bringing his beautiful folk jams to Sydney this week. If you're after a night of bliss then you best be there.


IV LEAGUE + THE RUIINS + BIG CREATURE - Selina’s Coogee - FREE (Friday, 7th July)

Melbourne four-piece IV League are in town to grace some stages with their dreamy pop-rock. Support comes from The Ruiins and Big Creature


LEO JAMES + COP ENVY - Club 77 - $10 (Friday, 7th July)

There's another hit of Melbs in town this week with Leo James bringing his intriguing electronic sounds to 77. Support comes from the brilliant Cop Envy. It's going to get dark and it's going to get deep, get there.


GL + FORTUNES + TEES + ANDY GARVEY - Oxford Art Factory - $20 (Saturday, 8th July)

If you haven't managed to catch GL live, then Saturday night's your night. Their stage presence is something else. You're in for a real treat too, with support from Fortunes., Tees and Andy Garvey. Total dream.
