Sydney four-piece 100 have been making some serious noise as of late. Their dynamic, fuzz-fuelled punk will have you in a chaotic frenzy one moment, then dripping down a magical, bass-heavy hole the next. Today, they share their new clip for ‘Just Us’ and we’re very pleased to be granting you access to their albeit unexpected, tropical escape.

There’s a darkness to 100’s sound, often illuminated by glittering guitars and an infectious groove, it’s a darkness that brings with it so much power. But hey, everyone needs a holiday. Directed by Mitch Farkas (aka Throat Pasta), the new video explores the idea of being stranded on a desert island. The band said of the clip, “It was important to us to stay away from creating a dark, moody clip that could so easily be expected for ‘Just Us’. We took cue from the songs themes of isolation and thought that seclusion on a tropical island could be a fun way to turn that notion on its head.” A little positive perspective to guide you into the weekend.

100 launch their new single tomorrow night (Saturday 30th March) at Vic On The Park in Marrickville. You know what to do.
